The Redgraves are proud to present their newest releases. Beginning on August 23rd, we will release a song each month on various virtual platforms, such as Spotify.
Over the past few years, we’ve embarked on an incredible journey. Our performances have graced various venues and occasions. We’re currently working on securing a gig around February 7, 2025, which coincides with the release of our final track. Stay tuned for further details!
Gary Brown (Guitar, Vocals – aka Raymond Redgrave)
Wolf Modernist (Vocals, Keys) – aka Joe Redgrave)
Jake Brown (Bass, Vocals) – aka Henry Redgrave)
Haig Alexander (Drums, Vocals – aka Alexander Redgrave)
Well, we are coming from a long line of musical influences. Of course there is always this little Punk-bit in it, because we still love it as much as when we were kids! But we also love the 60s and all sorts of guitar bands during the ages. So our songs are a personal statement about us, the world and of course the moon.
Northern Lights (Kammerlander/Brown)
Amidst turmoil and uncertainty, this isn’t your typical love song. Yet, it tells an age-old tale of yearning, hope, and obstacles that thwart a blissful conclusion. Perhaps it’s the stubborn pride we harbor. And as long as the Northern Lights illuminate the sky, love conquers all.
Melancholy (Brown/Kammerlander)
I’m ready, ready, ready for drowning, I’m ready, ready, ready to give in! This song echoes longing, a desperate grasp for that fleeting moment when two souls intertwine. Yet, like an ancient tale inscribed in weathered pages, we all strive to capture the intangible—the elusive wind.
The Moon (Brown)
We all adore the moon — it’s our constant satellite, and the cosmos stretches out like an infinite sea. Embark on a journey, take a ride on the starstruck milky way and be sure we can make it to the sunrise.
Worrier (Brown)
2020 marked a pivotal moment. The grip of Covid affected us all. This stands as our response to the influencers and peddlers. Don’t let the bad ones get you down. Trust in your strength and soul, keep it keep it on. In the end we all follow the same direction.
Babylon (Kammerlander/Brown)
Babylon, a grand metaphor, emerged on a whimsical day as we crafted this song. The process unfolded swiftly, with lines subtly hinting at other songs and our collective state of mind in this contemporary age. Undoubtedly, the system will transform and eventually crumble. Chant down Babylon one more time!
Decay (Kammerlander/Brown/Riva)
The song evokes the ache of lost love. Once-familiar places take on new significance, and shared memories gradually fade. One comes to realize that lovers remain perpetually connected—a permanent part of one’s life
